The First Nations Employment Excellence Online Course equips organisations, leaders and employees with the knowledge and practical tools needed to attract, recruit, onboard and retain First Nations talent in culturally safe and inclusive ways.
This foundational learning experience has been informed by lived experience, deep listening and research, drawing on a significant research project that explored First Nations employees' experiences of leadership and management within corporate settings.
More than a compliance exercise, this course provides a practical foundation for ongoing conversations, reflection and action that support meaningful workplace change.
WHY WE CREATED THIS COURSE
For many years, our Founder Tiffanie has been quietly working alongside organisations, communities and leaders to better understand and improve the workplace experiences of First Nations peoples.
Recently, she finalised a research project in partnership with the University of New South Wales, examining First Nations employees' experiences of leadership and management in corporate environments.
The findings reinforced what many First Nations employees have shared for years:
